New Mod: Roll Cage

This is a prototype, it bolts to stock locations, no drilling is needed. 3 Peice cage. Not for racing (not built to any guidlines) Just for show, at the moment.

well hard to say why you'd put a roll cage in for show when it totally f's the back seat up.... some joints look meh, but as looks go it matches and looks neat.

Yup like i said its not built for racing hence why i didnt build it to any guidelines, i dont use the rear seats, its for show only it weights about 40lbs says my buddy

it weights about as much as 2 12s in a large box with an amp on top lol

Took about 4 days

Meterials cost about $100 - $150 + 4 days worth of work which was freee cause i built it lol

so, what do you have for show besides no back seat, a regular sub setup, a suede headliner, and yellow piping?

looks pretty good except the only thing that i would have done differently is made the main hoop one solid piece instead of welding the little center section in. you totally beat me to this. the only thing im going to start prototyping for these cars soon is a rear seat delete and also a block off bulkhead for the trunk. cage will come afterwords.

SO unnecessary... Do you run sub 11's? do you race autocross on a competitive level?

If you answer no to the above answers then you should not have a roll cage.

dude who cares he made it himself. it looks badass. although it probably won't pass race inspection I would feel and would probably be alot safer with that roll cage in.
