New Rear Deck
After my recent purchase of my Kenwood DDX512 I decided it was probably a good time to install my aftermarket Audio Pipe speakers I had purchased earlier in the season. I had already installed the front ones but held off on the rear ones due to the amount of work required. Last night I got ambitious and decided to just go ahead and install them. However none of the inside speakers are amped yet. While I had everything torn apart I decided I might as well at least recover the deck lid with the black suede I used on the door inserts. I was going to paint some of the panels as well but decided it was too much work for one night and decided to put it off for a later time. Anyways here are some images of the new covered deck and the new speakers.
The speaker wiring looks like **** right now but thats because I had spliced them to run a line converter for the rear subs off of the factory head unit. I plan on redoing all of this wiring and amplifying the speakers. Right now the kenwood is pushing about 22W R.M.S or 50W max to each speaker. The fronts I have installed are rated an R.M.S of 125W each and the rears 250W. They sound great right now, I can only imagine how much better they will sound once they are amped.

It is black suede and i applied it with spray adhesive and wrapped it right over the top of the existing fabric that is on it.
The covers I am going to paint a smoked gray to match other interior parts that I have already painted but thanks for the gesture.
As for the wiring job, like stated above I know it looks like hell but it was done just to get by until I get around to wiring the amps up. Once I do that all the existing crap will be removed and done the correct way.
