nightshades in the rear

OK so i put two coats of nightshades on my rear lights, and then i have about 3 coats of clear on there. I did this at night. Now, in the daytime, they look too purplish for my liking. Do you think it would work if I put another layer of nightshades on top of the clears? Or should I just go ahead and order more nightshades and pick up some lacquer thinner? Id like to finish this crap by tonight if possible. thanks.

p.s. they are on the car right now and i dont know...people say they look good but i just want a liiittle darker.

im not positive but i think you should be fine if you give it a light sand first w/ a couple more coats of clear afterwards

sounds like it may have been too humid for the clear. When you paint and the air has moisture in it it gets caught up and transfered to whatever you have painted. You will have to probably sand down some of the clear coat and redo it

get some 400 wet/dry and wet sand it. then try like 3 coats of nightshades and a few coats of clear.
