and how difficult will this be? seems like people have done this there isnt just a generic trick to mount the proj. or does everyone just figure it out on their own>?

Did my first retrofit a few weeks ago.... Mini H1 w/gatling gun shroud, LED halo, 6000k bulbs. Took my time and came out pretty damn good!

Looks just like mine, but I didnt install halos.

Yeah I wanted a stock look with the chrome, since I don't have any color theme going on.

Anybody have spare pieces/ parts?

How do u open them up kdub? Can I use a heat gun?

i did mine in the oven but the 5+ year old GM sealant acted like concrete.... i just got the last box i needed so my retro's will be done today hopefully!

Did mine in oven. 260 degrees for 7 min and they came right apart. Just watch out that the sealant doesn't drip onto the lens or inside parts, its a pain to clean off!

i did a fxr3.0 d2s projector retrofit in mine. i paid someone cause i didn't want to screw anything up. came out good. i will post pics later today.

what do you guys wire your halos to? i want mine on most of the time automatically but i want a switch incase of cops since ive gotten **** before for having blue halos.
