i just have the bulbs connected to one another to protect the connections. i still have to run two ballasts and all that fun stuff like any other HID kit.. nothing special going on here (unless you want to talk relay harnesses)

let me think out loud here..

2 relay power connections
2 switched relay connections
4 grounds
4 relay to ballast connections
2 High Beam Solonoid Connections
8 Ballast to Bulb connections
4 CCFL to power inverter connections
4 LED/power inverter to OEM harness connections

so what is that 30 connections? simple!

If you paint the inside shield pieces it will look that color through the lens when the lights are off.

Padlock, Anyideas on how to make it so only the high beams work on the high beam projectors not the lows?

i would think you just removed the solenoid and the cutoff would do it. if that projector is only fonna be for high beams.

so your saying having the outer projectors being on lows only then the inner ones being highs only? I guess what orientation are you looking to achieve with your high lows more specifically?

right now these will be running lows/highs in the outers, then the inners will be highs only. so two projectors running on lows, then all four on highs. I could've removed the cutoff shields on the inner ones, but i chose to keep them for appearance reasons with my pink demon eye I painted in. all I did was tie the solonoid wires together between the projectors so their cutoff shields act in unison.

Thinking about picking up a set of Gen 4's and retrofitting them with nice projectors. I like the look of the 4's over the 3's

here is a couple of pics from my quad projector retrofit. got the idea from Padlock. was just gonna put in a set of FXrs at first but after seeing what he did i figured i could experiment a bit with my Gen 1 headlights. the plan is that the FXr will be my low beam and highbeam. The original projector has essentialy had the shroud trimmed back pretty radically it will be for highbeams only.

anyways PIC's

Lens off

Front Facia out and the bits removed. housing dremmeled out behind where the Gen 1 projector will go. The Fxr is going where the original projector went.
