What do you guys think would cause this?

A dark spot on the passenger side. I imagine it's something related to the reflector bowl, but I don't really want to take them apart. Evox-r projectors.

It's still there on high beam. That's why I was leaning toward the reflector bowl. I don't really know anything about projectors though. These were made by someone else a while ago.

Looks like a burnt bulb. Swap the bulbs. If that don't fix it then prolly the chrome has burned up

I tried that, but it's the same. It has actually been the same since I first got them. The bowl looks like it's epoxied in place, so if there's an issue with it, then there is probably nothing I can do.

Yeah its normal to epoxy those type. If the output looks like that. Then most likely they are no good.

Have you baked headlights open before? You should still be able to open the housing up and take the projector apart and look for a definitive answer to that. As long as the shrouds aren't epoxied to the projector.

Finally finished my two sets today!

Both are basically the same, 5000k switchback turn signals from diodedynamiks (thanks for the referral luis!)
E55r shrouds
I think both 5000k ds2 projectors
Red ones got flat black housings mine flat black with silver metallic overspray
Red sidemarkers for the one tinted sidemarkers for me with led bulbs...
Switchback halos for his (not using that function though) and 3/4 halos for me
As always, the signature riceburner electric tape around the lense edges, feel like it finishes them off with a cleaner look covering the reflective trim stuff. :

Enjoy!

I trim paint the turn signal plugs so you dont see the white and pink plastic lol

My 3/4 halos hard to get on camera
