One of a kind idea, You may like.

So, I bought standard blacked out stock headlights. Amber signal glass, used amber bulb. But that wasn't enough. I wanted something that stood out. I got to notice alot of luxury car, and sports car alike, have city lights. So I made my own city light mod, that had gotten some mean compliments, and it looks great. Simple to do, and the light source doesn't have to be the same.

Some of these pics make the light appear blueish. But the lights a 194 incendescent bulbs. They produce a nice soft glow. Its great if a headlight bulb goes out, sitll lights up the headlight. Solid mod, took about an hour. Just got 194 harnesses. Drill in the same spot on both lights, inserted the bulb, and poof. It produced a really nice effect, the light shined underneath the plastic, and through the fron of the light, like a gigantic angel eye. I'm very happy with it. And wanted to share. Maybe some will copy, but I would!

City lights are usually a bit brighter. I think if you added another light or two it'd be perfect.

City lights are just dimmer version of factory headlights. There for use in well lit areas. Hes not referring to his amber corners but rather his dimmed headlights.

Lemme know if you have any questions. The pictures are decieving, not the best quality. For those that have not grasped it, it's a small 194 bulb underneath the headlight housing that shines through the bottom, and underneath the headlight. Subtle lighting inside the housing when the parking lights are on. They do not project light forward. They only light up the housing when the headlights are not on.

its because its something you cant really see in pictures... but it is a tiny bulb that is drilled in the main reflector, its usually on when its not yet dark but still light, it lights up the whole reflector to act as a drl really. it looks good. alot of toyota's have them

meh..

in order for it to be a "one of a kind idea", shouldnt you be certain that it hasnt been done before?
definitely not the first cobalt i've seen that done on, not even the second or third either.

Prove that. Nobody has done this. Lemme see some pics. Show me. Please I'd be curious to see. I hasnt been done.

I have DRL's. That is a stock feature. '07's have DRL's These are small bulbs underneath the housing. Anyone done that... no. I'm sharing my Idea, so that somebody can steal it, and call in there own. And you're going to attempt to rain on my parade. The light is not in the reflector, it is below the housing. shines up.

Do ya even read. Unreal. No ya don't. You musn't. If you knew anything about life, you'd know that stock DRL's are not on when the amber lights are. In an '07, when the drls are on, nothing else is on, and when you flip to ambers only, the DRL's shut off. The light, for those who can't read, is a small 194 bulb UNDERNEATH the housing. wired to the parking light circuit, not on when only the DRL's are on. On'y on when the amber lights are on. chrimes. Stock DRL's are nothing more than the headlight bulb at a lower current.

I mean honestly, in pic #1 does nobody notice the little white hole. then in pic #2 you can see the light in that hole blinding the camera. Nobody, sees this. Just looks stock to some. Some people just follow the ****** crowd. Flame.com should be the new domain for here. I met some asses from this site, and they were mostly tards. But to just hop a damn bandwagon. unreal. It looks good, and I already stated the pics don't do justice.

I hope I get ****** banned from this shitty ****.
