looks pretty much stock, probably super loud and raspy. not a fan of cutouts, cobalts sound bad enough as it is.

one quesiton though, why do you have a voltmeter and an a/f guage on a pretty much stock car?

looks like a regular cobalt with rims, but it's black with black rims, so that makes it cool
