Yes i agree it looks somewhat like a park bench but i really havent seen to many spoilers that actually look good on the cobalt. Where i come from there arnt to many ss owners that actually want to get together to talk about there cars so i dont really know much aftermarket for the cobalt. But i disagree with the handling issue completley because i origionally i have a 09 rally yellow cobalt Ls. I wanted an ss but i wanted to make it a ss to my liking without wasting some ss features that i spend money on. My car without any wing was a pain in the ass to drive on the higway or at high speeds and definatly on the highway but after i bouth the highrise for it(had to buy it it was only $100 new so yeah) i had a 100%increase in handling. Not only with windgusts but for some reason i can corner better than before so i do believe it helps but anyways, if you want a sporty look for your cobalt than the highrise is the way to go but if you want a drag style than go wingless. I just believe the balt looks to plain without a wing. Welp goodluck on your descision.

honestly im betting that would have been the case as well but unfortunately i did the stage two rotated mounts and im sure that they will help as well. now i can actually launch the car instead of leaving at idle

 

It's really up to you. I love the look of wingless but think the ss spoiler adds to the look if it's lowered

 

i personally think it depends on the color of the SS to go wingless or not.. the darker SS's black, imperial blue, etc look good wingless or with highrise.. the white cobalts need the highrise cause they look like somethings missing and scrunched up even more without a wing.. im taking my highrise off my imperial blue now after i debadged it today..

all depends on if you want sleek and clean, or in your face every Sti and evo knows where to find me look...

 

I really need to find a wingless trunk. This is pissing me off. Still no trunk and I'm not removing the spoiler on the current one.
