Paging celicacobalt - Pics , no amber AT ALL

I remember u wanting to see headlights with no amber at all . Im trying a new concept with some headlights I got , and pulled out all the amber and used chrome tape to cover the hole left by the little reflector on the headlight bezel . Enjoy!

If all works well , I will have a cheapo easy to do solutution to the square amber reflector that will be clear in appearence but still light up amber . I'll post pics of the finished product probably by midweek . The housing itself will be black chrome to match the stock wheels .

Anyways , heres pics

Those look really good, but don't you have to have amber in the front by law????

I dont know how Canada's laws are stated man , but in the US all that is required is the front marker lights light up amber , the reflectors can be clear with a amber bulb ~or like a silverstar bulb that looks chrome unlit , but lights up amber .

i want, i want! but, i still don't want them to light up amber. all you prolly have to do is replace the bulb though right? seriously though, i really want 'em. stupid laws... what cop actually looks to make sure your lights are amber anyway.

i took the clear piece out of mine and had just a clear bulb in there for a while, looked nice when driving with just the running lights on....i have silverstar corners in there now to give it a cool glow when they are off, but they light up amber

nice pics man, that looks very good. as far as a solution for the yellow bulbs check out a place called stealth auto.com i think. on my celica they had replacement bulbs that were painted chrome but lit up amber to stay legal and were like $30 shipped well worth it had them for 2 years no problems. keep up the good work
