I just used paint stripper to remove the stock paint then hit it with some 320 grit to ruff it up some then sprayed them with krylon satin black then put a 1/8 inch red vinyl pinstripe ($4 at autozone) on the outside edge of the rim. I would have done a painted pinstripe but i wasnt 100% i would like it. If you want yellow and cant just get a yellow pinstripe i would buy whatever color you can then spray the outside edge of the rim with krylon yellow then put whatever color pinstripe on then spray black and peel off the pinstripe leaving a nice painted yellow pinstripe
