to have the bumper & lip painted like this but in white or silver.

you want your car in white or silver with that lip painted black or you want just that section painted white or silver?

 

i want just the section below the lower grill painted white or silver... like the silver balt on the right has painted black, but white or silver. sorry for the confusion.

I don't think it would look good IMO. It might work if you painted the grills too.

i think if anything it should be painted the same color as the wheels... that grey doesnt look good.

 

the wheels are getting painted or powder coated black

 

i think it would look sweet with a bright silver
