plasti-dip thread..heres another
another thought. matte white with matte black hood roof and trunk? good bad? want opinions. and slobalt22 said he painted his entire car with 6 cans. thats only like 36$ haha i was looking at the actual kit from dipyoucar.com for 225?
lol I was thinking of leaving my hood and roof black and doing matte white. Or maybe do a matte white hood and roof with leaving the rest of my car black :O lol nah would be better with purple and blackk
Doing your car black is a lot easier than doing white. It will take a lot more plasti dip. He tried to do his car white before and he was at like 20 cans with only half the car done. If your doing white I would get the spray kit.
thats what i was thinking. i wonder if 2 gallons would be enough? his video doesnt say exactly how much he used. it just says he did 6 coats.
I wonder if you would be able to mix a gallon of black with a gallon of the fluorescent purple to make it darker. Or maybe even with some gunmetal grey so it wouldnt be that dark. I would deff do that if it was possible
eh i think im just gonna blackout. and i could always go white later if i wanted to. **** 100$ isnt **** to paint a whole car. idc if it lasts forever. its something fun. and different.
I <3 plastidip. F all the haters.
Im really debating doing it to the whole car but not sure which color, either going to be yellow or red. My girl gave me the idea cause she knows i did yellow ss/tc sedans, so she said "why dont you just use yellow plastdip for now".
might actually work.
