Polished supercharger

i have seen a few and was wondering whats involved?.

It's no different then polishing anything else. You have to start with 220 grit sand paper and sand like crazy. Then go to 320, 440, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, and 2000. Then get out your buffing wheel and compound and start buffing. It's a LONG process and the SC is a bitch to do. Trust me I know. lol

I started with a coarse buffing pad on my die grinder then used coarse emry paper to get all the rough spots then 320 500 800 1000 and then used liquid coarse polish and finished it off with fine polish. It only took like 10hrs to do the sc but it is so worth it. The valve cover was cake after that.

Yeah after you do the supercharger the valve cover is like a a walk in the park.

It's not done yet. lol I had to stop about halfway through and put it back on the car because I needed th car since my beater broke down.
