i'm going to have my blower off this week due to dual pass mod, so i was wondering if i can paint my blower with high heat paint. if i paint the blower will this effect it or not? i hear rumors that it will cuz the paint holds in the heat?

uh i dunno dude, i just painted my fuse box cover and i fucked it up bad, no more painting for me, ills i have to say is be careful

 

Guys have done this. ummmm try killerbee.... I think he is the one who painted his supercharger black. I think he even said it was showing lower temps. If i can find it I will. But try a search

What did you **** up? You only painted the plastic right?

 

well i applyed 2 coats of primerier before spaying with gm color matched paint, and as soon as i started paint , it bubbled up

 

I was wondering that too. I wanted to paint my S/C black.
