polishing compound on our stock rims
polishing compound on our stock rims
well, as the title suggests, I was curious if it was okay to use a polishing compound on our stock rims, y'know, the shiny five spoke ones.... reason I ask is, I know there's millions of other phenomenal wheel cleaners out there and I use those often, but it seems like that on one of my rims, it looks almost like little dots of rust?.... I do have some turtle wax polishing compound and plenty of microfiber cloths......... my question, would it be safe for me to use the polishing compound directly on the shiny side of the rim, or could that cause other long term side effects?
bump anyone?

definatly claybar them and buff them just like paint... do this at work and always works lol... any buffing compound with some polish after word and it will look nice... the rust is just ur break dust collecting and rusting like normal.
