Powell tow hooks?
I went ahead and fitted a flat plate with a one inch spacer; the Z bracket is better as its a little shorter overall, and you can see in this example I mounted it off center to the curb side, thats safer if you are hooking up on the highway shoulder if you are broken down. If you mount it center, there is a weld in bracket that will need you to put a washer under two of the bolts.
I picked a point 5 inches from the plastic bumper pins; they are 10 inches apart.

The bumper metal is hard as heck use a unibit:
, works well.If you mount center, there is the weld bracket. Dont remove it, just clean it up and use some flat washers (supplied) to space the hook plate off it.

after you have done you have to slot the rear black plastic trim piece. Rust check the heck out of everything before you are done.
hope this helps
thats a half inch spacer. I used a one inch, but a half inch is easier to put a sharpie through to make the hole position for drilling.
good eye.
z bracket needs no spacer, its in the zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

When installing the front tow hook do you just drill in screws to the crash bar without nuts screwed on to them? I have no idea how you would put a screw with a nut on the front bumper.
it is a Nut and Bolt system I believe. which means the holes get drilled, then you put the bolt through and the nut on the other side and then you tighten it down. using screws for permanent holds on metal to metal is not a good idea because the heat and cold cause metal contraction which will eventually loosen the screw and then you'd have loose contact and squeeky noises. that is why most everything is nut and bolt.
the front bumper has lots of room. if you have a lower grille you may need to remove it to help with the install. not very complicated, complete how to is emailed with your order...
i do what i can. What I posted seemed clear enough here. more details when you buy. Not sure what more I can do here. You are in Ontario, so you cant be too far from where I live unless you live in Thunder bay...
under the front bumper you can see like c_d_88 said a large slot opening about 6-8 inches wide in the back of the bumper beam...
