Ok, I found a SS Spoiler primered for $100, but how much would it cost to get it painted? Also, would it be unwise to just get color-matched spray paint n do it?

I wouldnt spray paint it. Unless you want to call it a custom paint job You can get them prepainted on ebay for a under 250. I am not sure what it cost to get just a wing painted professionally but I would just call around and check it out before spending the bucks.
