Projector Aiming Help

Alright, just got 1st gen projectors and 8k hids. Hids work great, only problem is the passenger side one has a long shadow through the middle, and a portion of light that looks like its being deflected improperly. Ive tried aiming them in every direction, even the wrong ways and it still looks like ass. Heres some pics of the lights:

they seem pretty even to me, maybe a tad high. Light output on the drivers side is good, i have plenty of vision there, but the passenger side is horrible...

Heres a pic of the shadow and deflected light i was talking about. There is also significantly less light on that side of the car. is this fixable? is it just the projectors are cheap? is it caused by the lens or cutoff? could it have to do with how the bulb was installed?

the pics dont really do too much justice...the passenger side is far less bright than in the pic, and the drivers side is the only one i can really see the road with.

I have the same problem with my 3rd gens. At first i thought it was the headlights but it might be the bulb. I had HID's before and on monday i changed the whole kit to the DDM ones and i have the same problem.

so like i said it might be the bulb or something

That spot isn't an aiming issue, it's a bulb spacing issue. Make sure you have the bulb in the correct direction. I don't remember for sure but you *may* have to do a little trimming to get it to sit in the correct direction.
