Angry Projector Headlight Question...

I have the 3rd gen headlights and need to align these but have no idea where the screws are to align them. I know the whole lining up the car and the tape and such but where the hell are the screws to change the vertical position? The only screws I could find went around the edge of the lights themselves and nothing remotely close to either low beam area or high beam area. I must be blind or something.

I have searched high and low for these answers and got nothing.

They're not screws, they're hex-shaped bolt things that you have to use a ratchet and socket on. Can't do it with the lights on the car too so have fun.

ya it's a major pain in the ass, one of the reasons I got rid of mine. Try to take the time to grasp how they adjust before you randomly start turning the bolts. Turn them both the same amount in the same direction, and the adjust up and down. Turn them both in opposite directions, and they turn left and right. Think of it this way, turning the bolts pushes on the projector. So to give you an idea of how it works, take one finger from each hand, and push on opposite sides of your keyboard. Best analogy I can think of off the top of my head.

Thanks. I was hoping it wasn't those as now I have to search through the pile of tools for the right bolt. Haha.

It's either a 7 or 8 mm, pretty sure it's an 8
