Projector Headlight Questions

I'm thinking about buying some projector headlights off of ebay unless someone can tell me a better place but I have some questions about them first

1. Do they restrict light? if so how much?
2. Are there any complications with them
3. Would you recemmend them?
4. Any other mods needed?

IMO they seem to look cool and all but are a pain in the ass. my fog lights provide better lighting but they did even with the stock headlights. they are a wiring hell. way too many wires hanging around. i wouldnt recommend them unless u are familiar with how to work out complications with the wiring. if you are pretty good with cars and electrical then go for it cuz they provide a cool look.

i just put mine in 2 months ago, i got them off ebay and i love 'em, the wiring wasn't bad at all, just two wires on each light for the halos the rest was just plugging it into the stock harness. there is a HOW-TO that explains how to do it

There is only 2 wires coming off each Halo, for POS and NEG, and two wires for all 3 LED's, pos and neg again.

TBH it's not that bad, but I haven't gotten around to installing them yet, as im waiting on my HID's to arrive.

If your useing HIDs in the lows, no. It's better output. If you stay with halogen bulbs in the lows, they may be restricted. And if Cobalt Addiction sells what your looking for, buy it through them. They have great shipping, and help, and you can contact and talk to a real person.
And i only recommend them (projectors) if you can do some basic electrical wiring. (the halos and LEDs)
Omega_5 (stock headlights) beside my 6000K HID lows

You buy projectors to get better light output, so they actually are brighter then stock lights.

2. Are there any complications with them
Aiming is a little complicated and time consuming, but it's not to bad.

3. Would you recemmend them?
Yes, I like the 2nd gen lights the best.

4. Any other mods needed?
No, but you can run HIDs for better light output.
