Yea that might be it...i used some of those and didn't get a connection at all. So i threw them away and just used a box cutter to shave the plastic coating off the wire and wrapped my new wire around it and taped'er up.

i twisted together all the whites and spliced them into the brown wire from the lil wire harness. Then all the black and spliced them into the black....

Have you tried contacting your seller? Maybe they will be able to replace them if you're lucky...

Yeah, Venom. I followed I believe mkurleys how-to. I could take a pic of it later, with everything+lows or see if I already have a pic of it head on and look for a glow.

re check your prongs.. they look stright there 3 and they like to bend befor makiung contact. that is the reason you get the glow. the middle prong i believe it is either is bending when you plug it in or its not making connection in the gray connecter. i 100% garentee it.

ya that is ghetto... sounds like a wiring problem (not saying its what you wired but maybe internally in the light itself or something like that)

Well i still dont know how to fix this problem but ive got a little more inf. It seem that the passenger side works correctly when the drivers side light is plugged out. (highs on lows off and vise versa). but then i took the passenger side ones out a left in the drivers side, both highs and lows were on at the same time, but were both dull. Anyone understand this?
