Can someone tell me the difference between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (if there is a 3rd) generation projector headlights and which are the best?

 

looks is the main difference and the best is just a preference on which ones you like cuz from what i've seen and been told they all work great..

 

Does anyone have pics of the different generations or is there a thread or possibly a description lol?

 

here is some pics.. they are in order first gen second and third.. they are also avalible in chrome too.. and some of the third gen are listed as ccfl's but they are led not ccfl. the only ones that are ccfl is the second gen..

like i said though its all personal preference on which one is the best.. i have the third gen and they've been great so far..

 

What is ccfl and what's the different between that and led? And they all work the same? Ones not better than the other?

 

man theres so many theads on the damn headlights just search.. and just read the products on ebay.. CCFL is a lot brighter then the leds and got 1st gen and theres a pic in my gallery

 

out of all of them i think that the 1st gen. looks the best...
and then just add some 6 or 8000k HID's then its just baller!

 

ccfl is the type of halo they have.. ccfl is way brighter then the led halos.. none of the lights are any better than the other in my opinion.. its mainly just a looks thing on what peps say is the best..

 

I like my first gen but i guess there are alot of problems with them [i havnt had any!]....just remember the blue LED's are no-no..you WILL get pulled over! lol. my halos arnt that bright but thats cuz i have the chrome vs the black housing.

looking to get the 2gen. Anyone have any problems with the 2gen lights going out and having to replace them. If so how long did they last and how muck did it cost to fix? I want to get then but the ebay seller has no warranty and every other site want at least $50 more than him.
