Projectors

Can anyone here retrofit regular headlights to turn them into projectors? I would really like to do this to my Ion.

Yes people do this. It is expensive though....

Check the how to's, lots of other threads on here as well. Look for bi-xenon retrofit.

And yes, expect to be digging pretty deep in the wallet....and don't expect to be done in a weekend.
