Pro's / Con's for Vinyl wrapping your car.
Well, I do live in Ohio.. So weather would be a factor. I would def. get high qaulity vinyl and have a profiessional do it. I drive a Silver SS/SC with black fender stripes. Would that effect white vinyl?
to effectively wrap the car the car would be striped down of all decals, badges, and whatever else that gets in the way.... matte white may have a lil transparent tendacy however with silver it should be fine.... it may be slightly darker..... but i doubt you or anyone else would notice.... it would be a good choice of color for a wrap....
tell you the truth i am surprised not more wrap their cars.... its a great way to protect the original paint... also we can match alot of factory colors..... in canada paint jobs can run you up too $10 000 or more for a high quality job...... we also use alot of gravel when they sand the roads.... thus our paint jobs take a beating....

Jrmotorsports - have you done this before? How much would this cost, roughly? I don't even know where to begin thinking of a price for this. I Live in a very open area. It's all country for 50+ miles lol. I dont think theres any places around here that I could go to and ask questions because i know for a fact theyve never vinyl wrapped a car. Does anybody know any good shops in Ohio? I can drive up to 100 miles 1 way I guess..
i dont know what the price would be in around where you are but most wraps will range in price, on a balt approx 2000 to 5000..... depending on material used..... for matte white i will guess lil over 3000.... it will take a couple of days to do and find a guy with skill..... any major city would have several graphic shops to choose from.... and yes this isnt my first rodeo..... my best advise is to ask for the 3M scotchprint wrap film series 1080.... that is a 7 yrs prelaminated wrapable material.... they have a flat white option.....
get the chrome wrap.. lol
