Question Question about foglights....

Hi, I'm not too familiar with the 2007 Cobalt SS/SC Foglights at all & I am just wondering if you can somehow replace the bulbs if possible or do you have to replace the whole foglight unit?

You can replace the bulbs. But... on EBAY they have Cobalt foglights that have halo's around them that are in 7 different colors & you can change them. That's what I'm going to do, and then buy Luminics Pure Blue bulbs for my fogs & headlights.

Soo.... BOTH!!!

Yeah, you replace them with h11's I belive. The easiest way to get at them is taking the front headlights out....I tried going under the car, taking the plastic guard off, I got to them fine but it just took a lot longer.

They are H11's... Considering they are the stock foglights.

Not yet, I should be getting them in the mail next week. I'll post some pics of them once I install them. Those halo ones you found on ebay look nice!

Gonna take pics of them tonight so you can see what they both look like installed(at night). They were pretty easy to install. I just took off my headlights and reached down, took out the factory H11 bulb(s) & replaced them with the PIAA ones. I was going to go under my car but this was way easier I'm such a noob.

They are definately replacable
I swapped my stockers out with a set that matches my headlights.

Went with these guys: Luminics Ultra White 9007 & H11

I was looking at getting the halo fogs from ebay, but is the mounting the same or will we have to make some brackets, for them to fit properly.
