how can i put SS on my intercooler.. i have seen a couple cobalts with it and i am curious if i would have to buy a H/E that comes with it or there is a way i can do it to the stock one.

 

Your intercooler/heat exchanger is located between your radiator and condensor so nobody can see it anyway, unless you have a front mounted intercooler. IF that is the case, just get a stencil made by fast signs or kinkos with the SS logo, put that over the inter cooler and use some high heat spray paint.

 

You could pick up a cobra heat exchanger, I put one on mine, and spray a SS design on it. I chose not to, I didn't really like the way it looked. I just put a fresh coat of black on mine.
