Call recaro or just get them off anysite, gravana is good, they make a lot of other good stuff for our cars too. But if you want the exact ones that are in the car, just call the any GM dealer and get a part number. http://www.gravanatuning.com

Those are off the Ion Redline. The Cobalt Recaros are all black.

You can still use the ones from the Redline, they'll fit in the Cobalt. They're not real bright blue either like the factory inserts, they're kind of a lighter blue.

Ya the recaro seats are interchangeable with those cars, but the Cobalt does come with a blue insert seat, look at the Cobalt catalog from the Chevy dealer. Better yet just go the chevy.com and look.

If you want lighter seats does it have to be recaro? cause I think sparco's are coming in lighter, call around and get some specs.

He wants the Recaros with blue inserts though, and those you cannot get. You can either get Recaros or you can get blue inserts, but you can't get both. At least not from GM, you have to order them through some place like Gravana or other places like that.

^^^ the blue insert chevy seats are the base SS seats , not the recaro's .

If you wanna see the blue insert Ion Redline recaro's in a SS , check the pics in my sig . They look really good in the Cobalt interior , I can totally live with no SS embroidery The mesh takes a lighter blue and gunmetal grey and weaves the 2 colors together in carbon fiber "type" pattern . I picked mine up on ebay , to bad for the guy that sold them ....he did not list a reserve , I got both front seats brand new for $510 , he seemed quite aggrevated they went so low . Ebay is the only place Ive seen the Ion and the SS recaro's for sale . With the exception of , I think it was Gravana ....that was selling the stock SS recaro's out of their project car .

oh you're right my bad, i meant they do make blue with insert, but they aren't recaro. He should call saturn and get the part number and then call recaro. I called them for some accessory stuff, they ship super fast too.

I heard the recaro seats aren't back seat friendly, that they don't have a latch that moves them and folds them at the same time. I guess that is a little picky but is that true? Also, i do enjoy the height adjustment on the stock seats, even though its manual...

I personally would keep stock seats, unless you're wanting to lose some extra pounds, I enjoy the leather and SS badge. I did however go out later and buy the transmission with the quaife just so i'd have an LSD, that is more important to me.
