well, i decided to do what most people have done and i removed my chevy logo, LT letters, GM badges and antenna heres some pics:

 

Looks good, I was thinking about removing the antenna as well but was curious about signal... so I'll ask you do you notice much deminished signal in your radio now?

 

i dont listen to fm, so it doesnt matter to me, but the signal is greatly dimished. I can still pick up a local FM station, but the other stations about 50Km away, i cant pick up. if you want to still use your fm stations id reccomend a shory antenna

 

i say get rid of the cobalt letters too

what did you do after you took the antenna off to make it look the way it does now. i never listen to the radio anyway so im not worried about signal issues and i kinda just wanna take mine off as well.

 

i just kinda looked around in my tool box and i found a little rubber thing and i screwed it on

 

Looks like a thimble. Some people use chrome valve caps from tires too.

 

i would have, but a valve cap didnt fit over the threads, it was too big

 

I think they glued it on or something.
