Retrofits have been Hell!!! Advice needed

Okay guys, This is a true story!

Dealing with BuyHIDs has been pleasant, Mike has been professional and helpfule, but my luck with them has been a serious pain in the ass! One problem after the other!

Here's the Series of Misfortune Events that is leading to this frustration!

~First I had to wait 90 days to get the damn things, I ordered them in February and didn't get them until the end of April!

~When I get them the bulbs were defective and making quack/buzzing noises. Mike sendt me a set of good bulbs problem fixed

~Then one of the inverter boxes failed so I couldn't use one of my Halos. He sent me one for free

~Then the mother of all problems, the headlight plastic became defective after some time and started melting or something creating this weird haze/film inside the headlight. I thought he had wiped it down.

~Sent the Retrofits back for warranty fix and UPS broke one of them during shipping. So I had to purchase another headlight! I didn't wanna deal with UPS claims!

~Received the Retrofits 3-4 weeks later without Inverter Boxes and Mike (BuyHIDs) forgot to wire the driverside headlight with the Positive wire (red wire) So only one of my headlights have a working halo.

So now that you have the story highlights, I need advice!

How hard is it to wire the positive for the one headlight! I don't wanna take it apart, is there an easy way for this to work?

Or

Would you rather get a refund for the Halos since you can't use them

Or

Would you ship them back and wait another 3-4 weeks for them to get fixed

Thanks

Id have to see how your halos are installed/wired to know how hard what you need to do is.

if its the halo i dont see why ud have to take it apart cause my two wires go into the back of the housing and then on to my invertor and then 2 more wires come off it and then u splice them to a positive and negative? so how does he have it lol

My HIDs work just fine, but my driver side Halo/Angel Eye doesn't work and the reason why is because the Inverter box has a red wire and white wire, there's no way to plug the red wire thus making it not work.

oh if thats the case i can send u what u need then its just a connector and then a black/red wire rusn off it or u can cut the black piece on ur red/black wire coming off the invertor and do it that way instead

See the white wire on the bottom and the group of wires on the upper left? Well the white wire connects to the inverter box and the group of upper wires has a red wire coming out of it on my working passenger headlight and missing from the driver side.

So I cannot connect an inverter box to the driverside retrofit because the red wire is not wired in

Yeah dude, that's exactly what I'm missing, but here's how Mike set it up

As you can see the red and black connector is attached to the group of wires particularly the brown wire.

the brown wire is power for your parking lamps. He had it wired so the halos come on when your parking lights are on. just mimic that on the other side. if you dont have the proper connector or cant get it, just cut it off the box and use quick connects from Radio shack or some other source, ie: make your own connector. Thats cheaper than shipping

yeah he just spliced into ur parking lights....that is exactly how i did mine bc i dont have fog light button and they come on with ur parking lights all u need to do is cut off that black piece like i showed u in the pics and wire it into the brown and black wire just like the other side.

Make sure you check your fuses too. My ballast seemed to be blowing my fuses. So after replacing a ballast and the fuse... it worked.
