I bought an SS/SC cluster from them at a good price and came as advertised, not a scratch on it... buy through eBay and you'll be fine.

I ordered a highrise from them off ebay... I actually warn against using these guys for exterior pieces. The reason they are cheap is that they basically part out wrecks. The highrise I bought was supposedly like new but it was obvious that the piece had been dropped and abused (several deep scratches). I did get my money back...but only after several months of back and forth e-mails and I finally had to threaten to report them for misrepresentation... There is a good company on ebay that makes the highrise and color matches it perfectly for $259(?) plus shipping... They even managed to color match my sport red tintcoat so you can trust them....

If this is the same Schram's I am thinking of, its basically a huge junkyard here in MI. Been there once or twice.

I bought my Imperial Blue High Rise off them, $170 shipped to my door. Not a thing wrong with it, was very well packaged and was like new. Only problem i had was them getting back to me about emails and such, but other then that no problems.
