I was thinking of running some wiring and putting in heated leather seats from another car. Mostly because I have a long cruise to work and my back is bad. Balt seats don't help this problem. The problem is the slide bars are about 18" wide and the seat cusions are ~19". Most all passenger car seats are 20-22" wide and the slide brackets are 19-20". That kinda puts a snag on fitting anything else in these cars except for the OEM seats. I can weld new brackets no sweat, it's the fitting and wiring I'll have concerns with. Anyone around here ever do anything like this??
