Seat Help

How can I remove the seat belt hoop that's attached to seat under head rest? I don't keep the seat belt in there because it hinders me getting me wheelchair in car plus I want to put seat covers on because those light grey seats are begging for me to spill something on them! Also, for anyone who has put seat covers on, can you secure the bottom seat part of cover good with the plastic thats on both sides of bottom of the seats? Thanks.

If the the seat belt hoop is what i think it is all you have to do is take the entire headrest off in order to get that off. When taking off the headrest just keep pulling the thing up it should eventually come off. I'm just guessing this, but it should really be the same on most if not all GM cars. I'm not too sure about the seat cover thing seeing as I've never own a seat cover in my life. Maybe someone else can give you a hand with the seat cover thing.
