side blinker idea

well since im living in the uk, we ahve to have side blinkers on all vehicles to pass MOT. i hate that they give us crappy round ones that stick to our fender. so i came up with the idea of SS fender or (door) blinking turn signals. i think it would be pretty sweet. the only way that comes to mind about doing this is, get a strand of lights (like the 1s from skyline taillights how to thread). get a SS bandge, and make it to where it conforms to the SS. of course they would have to blink to leagal specs but if not that would be even kooler. i dont know how wiring would be cause im sensless when it comes to it. but let me knw waht yall think and if it sounds feesable for like a under $50 mod or something.

Well I can't really help you with it but it sounds like a cool idea.

Good luck, I think you'll find that it will be more expensive than $50.

I was thinking about doing side lights as well. I was just going to put them in the mirror housing though. There's a lot of extra space in there. Have them stick out just enough so that they'd be visible from beside the car.
