Siliconing Projo's

I got my projectors on Friday, siliconed the hell out of them on Saturday and installed them today in my car. I went to the car wash to wash the car and to ensure the lights didn't get condensation on the inside. At first they were fine, I came out tonight to aim them properly and there was condensation on the bottom portion of the drivers side headlight. I put silicone every where I thought the housing met - anyone have pictures of where they siliconed and how much they used? I just don't want it to look ghetto. It does dry clear but sometimes it starts to peel, especially if you get it on the rubber trim that came on the lights. Thats the only place I could think that they are getting any type of moisture in. Any ideas?

I was able to get the moisture out with a hair dryer, but I don't want to have to keep doing this.

Any help would be great!

If I were you I would just drill a hole in the back of the projectors and connect a tube with a 90 degree bend facing down and silicone it in place. That way the projector is open and the condensation will just evaporate. Alot of the new style gm headlights are like that.

It has a couple of those already in it. I just don't want water spots forming from a large amount of condensation forming in the headlight. I suppose it would evaporate after the headlight has been turned on for a while as well?? water spots would make them look nasty. But we'll see. Thanks for your input.

I put mine in about a week ago, quickly siliconed them around where the clear front lens and the black backing meet. I got in the small openings pretty good, and I guess I did a good job. It rained pretty bad a couple a days ago, and they didnt fog. I havent washed it yet, so I'll see how good they're hold up.
