glad I could help. Did you notice I used the curve in the splash guard, followed the body line and stuck it out just enough to catch the tire edge? All of this led to function and it helped hide it well. I used two jack stands and a floor jack to make sure I got them even. I learned years ago what jacking up one side at a time can do. I cost me a pair of splash guards. Good luck.

Thanks for the props on the car man! I'm down here in San Antonio for a few weeks...I'm going to try and find a scenic spot around here and snap some pics.

I'm originally from Waymart, its between Honesdale and Carbondale. I've heard of Lake Harmony, never really been down that way though.

So Scranton is cleaning up...its about damn time...that place is/was a shithole! My mom keeps telling me that they its getting nicer there. All the new shops and restaurants.

Very kewl Mav. I used to drive thru Waymart daily. I did route sales for industrial radiator repair in that area. Peaceful and remote, just like I like it.

Yes, I did take the wheels off. I needed clearance for the drill motor. Remember my tips from above post. I used a floor jack and put the balt on jack stands. That way I could judge the level by eye. Someone else may have an easier way but that works for me. I explained how to screw it in before too. Start with the top screw, it is easier to measure for the other side and you can swing it around to where you want it. I also used a smaller drill bit so the screw would hold. Not drilling into anything solid was risky so I made sure it was screwed fast. I know it is a pain but you either have to change bits after drilling thru or bore out the guard. I only wanted the hole in the well and rocker to be small. Basic skills I suppose. My buddy did his with a trunk jack. He tacked them with duct tape and chalked line them. They only cost 15 bucks, get two pair if it is your first time.
