Ugh at first I would get angry when people would say “im going to take the wing of” but damn after a few people actually did it and posted their pics,…. Well it looks pretty damn good. I’m thinking of doing it now. But I love that wing and it would be hard to part with

Looks very nice, Matt. Chevy really should make the wing optional, for those like me who prefer stealth. So how did you do it? I don't see any holes, so was there a trunk-swap involved?

looks like a base coupe to me, I think the wing seals the deal for appearance on the SS

I'm with JonelZ with this one def looks too plain, but it's your car!

I cant tell you how many SRT's removed the basket handle off the car....

Just like when the Redline Ion first came out and they had a problem with the AERO wing they were putting the std wings on and the car looked like a reg ion, now it is easy to tell apart...but they have to pay for the wing, ours is std....

That's a very nice, sleek look. That said, I love my spoiler and i'd never mess with it. I don't think chevy could have picked a better spoiler or set of rims for the SS.

Yes chevy found a way to compete with import tuning yet still keep a very tough american look

i like it with it off, it sets it apart from regular ss's and kinda keeps it more of a sleeper look to me, which i like. the wing looks kinda corny on SS's its just too big and wannabe rice looking. and i think srt-4's with no wing look hottt

I'm sure chevy knew some people wouldnt want the wing but most do so thats why its standard and if you dont want it take it off

In pictures I did not like the wing and was planning on taking it off. But when I saw it in person I liked it and will be leaving alone. I dont think it looks as big in person and it just adds something to it.

I agree.. Initial pictures made me think the wing looked too large. In person, it seemed much smaller. I'm keeping mine as well. It helps make it stand out. Without the wing, I think it blends more with every other car on the road.

Without the spoiler, the rear reminds me of the G35 rear end.

The wing must stay. Without the wing it looks kinda silly.
