Well our bumpers (2.4 and obviously SS/SC and TC) have the marks for the tabs in the lip imprinted on the inside. So all you need to do is go in there with a dremel. But the sedan bumpers do NOT have these markings, so it has to be done by hand. Several members have done it and there appears to be only very slight fitment issues once the lip is attached.

the sedan 2.4 bumpers are completely different than the coupe ones. Modification of the lip is required to make it fit. check out the last about ten pages of the ss bumper on an ls how to for info.

so, its NOT A DIRECT FIT.

it will stick out into the wheel wells if you just cut the holes and mount it up.
