SS wing installation

Is the SS wing opposed to the regular wing a direct fit? same holes may be used?

look up the 'guinea pigs needed' for wing plugs thread there was a whole discussion on it. all wings seem to have slightly different holes but i dont think its a problem, as the base is big enough to cover all of them up

It's kindof an unknown thing depending on your car as no one can determine what cars have what hole types currently, I would also suggest reading the spoiler plug discussion

Should be a direct fit. Mine came with the low-rise spoiler i swapped to the high-rise in minutes. Exact same hole spacing

AFAIK, as long as you are going coupe to coupe (or sedan to sedan) the wings should be a bolt on swap - not taking into consideration getting all the double sided tape to let go without scratching the #$&^ out of your trunk lid

Bolts plus some super duty industrial strength double sided tape is what the factory used.

Once you get the bolts out you can use a bit of heat (hair dryer maybe?) to soften the adhesive and a piece of fine fishing line to cut through it. Once you get it off, goo gone and elbow grease should take care of the remaining adhesive.
