switch back LED's
switch back LED's
hi guy's I was hoping I could get some help with these switch back LED turn signal lights.
I just got my 3rd Gen projectors and wired up the whole thing nice a and tidy ( I'm picky like that ) anyways it looks awesome I love it I wired the Halos to the main power into the headlight like in the write up on the site, and I wired the LED's to my foglights, so if I ever drive into a state where the LED's are an issue I can just turn off my fogs nice and simple.
but now to my problem
so I have these witch back led's and the 6ohm resisters, and I spliced into the brown wire and ground just as I did with the halo's, and got nothing, so then I took the resitor off all together and still no light, and just for ***** and giggles I spliced into the blue wire as well and still no light!!
so then I thought that mabe the resitor that came with the halo's are causing an issue so I went to my other headlight that I had not started yet, and plugged the wireing harness straight, and still no light.
I've run out of ideas now and am starting to think that I have 2 switch back LED's that don't work at all, what are the odds.
anyone else got any ideas or suggestion for me to check, thanks
Ed

What he said. LED bulbs can be plugged in both ways into the sockets but they will only work one way. And the resistors should be spiced into the blue wire so that it stops the hyper flashing. Splicing the resistor into the brown wire does nothing.
