What is the best way to tint tail lights? This is my next project but i cant decide which way to do it yet.

the best way is to find someone to paint them, all you do is mix black and clear. or go the easy and cheap way and buy some vht tint and do them but your light output wont be all that great.

 

Most people use a product called VHT nightshades. You apply desired amount of coats with the nightshades, (as dark as you want pretty much), then wetsand, clearcoat, wetsand. Should look good. Mine have been black for about a year over time they start to fade to a dark red.
