Last year i bought chrome door handles from GM. I had them installed perfessionally. At first they looked sweet but where very rough when i pulled on them. Now they are still hard to pull.. and they are falling apart. The part around the key whole is loose even after i retightened them. Anyone else has this problem?

What should i do?? I got them from crateenginedepot.com
