Under car LED kits

I bought a LED kit for my car, when they arrived there was no module or instructions in the box. the brand is "BEST mobile accessories" has anyone heard or used this brand that could get me there contact info?

I bought them from an actual store. apparently they bought them from a different store and they no longer exist and they are refusing to help me with the matter
