I kind of like the sound of the stock exhaust that I got. Only reason I want to change is for the HP gain. I haven't looked into exhausts a whole lot yet but I don't know if any are close to the stock one sound wise and NO WAY do I want a loud ass one. Also, I like the look of the lights with 'Angel Eyes' and the black housing. No way am I painting the housing on stockers, I'll destroy the stock light trying to take it apart...

In Texas they're legal on the road, but you must not be able to see the light source.

I might get a much better job than I have now with uber better pay and then I'll be able to afford crap like coilovers, and exhaust. But that's basically the only other things I'd do for performance/handling. Oh yea and extrude manifold.

haha +1!!!

In kansas i know you can have them. Also read the laws on Streetglow.com they post them there. In AZ you can have a white or amber color in the front, red or amber in the rear. I see people driving around with side tubes only all the time. If you purchase a yellow kit you cant get pulled over here.

Underbody is considered rice because 90% of the people that have it drive like ricers. Shame, really.

Think things like massive mufflers that do nothing. Giant spoilers that arn't airodynamic, and brand logo's for stuff that isn't even in the car Example: "Nos" on the side of a stock 89 Civic HF. Rice = Posing, Apperance mods = Sytle/personalization. But hey, that's just my opinion.

By that definition I would classify the following Mods as rice:

Tint
Washing, Waxing, Clay Barring your car
Any rim that is not an ultra light weight steelie
Projectors
Any different color lights
Big systems
any set of pedals that is not stock or actually grip your foot.

That is all...

Ummm... yea, Orange and blue are VERY complementary. Multiple sport teams have it.

Look at the Denver Bronco's... even though I don't like them... they are still blue and orange. That's the only team that comes off the top of my head but I do know there's others. Besides I like the combination and orange is my favorite color so it works out, now if I had a red or yellow car, no way would I have anything orange.
Check my sig

HUH? I dont seeyour point in that.... that matinence....

why do you need a 18 or 19" rim on an ls...

projectors serve a purpose.... better lighting than stock... i will say led projectors are stupid...

so i lack to see your point...

you dont see my point?

Washing your car and a little wax is maintenance. Washing, claybarring, waxing, buffing, polishing, tire black, chrome polish and repeating those steps constantly is not.
Projectors serve no performance purpose. (your definition of RICE).
I didnt say 18" or 19" rim on an LS (don't know where that came from) but I said ANYTHING but steelies. Why would you even have the stock SS/SC wheel on the car if. If you were really concerned with only performance you would be driving around on plain black steelies.

Rice is a matter of personal opinion. You don't like it when people call underglow rice? That's fine. It looks REALLY ******* stupid....is that better?
