Upside-down projectors?

Just finished my first retro and my light output is above my cutoff line...
I parked about 25 feet from a wall and aimed them down about 1 foot from the ground. But when I get on the road, the light doesn't show on the ground til about 30 feet from the car.
I did switch the blue and white wires on the relay but I still don't have both high and low beams. But it couldn't be that what I have is high beams because the light output should show on the ground regardless and be below the cutoff line, correct?

I thought I had the projectors in right cuz the morimoto brand was on top. The wires come out the top too tho which I thought was weird since the hole to put the wires thru the reflector and housing is on the bottom.

Any advice or enlightenment would be appreciated
