So I have my finger on the trigger on buying V3 Triton Switchbacks or going with Type 2 Switchbacks. The price difference is about $30 more for Tritons only because they are on sale for pre-order at $99. ANyone who has had both Type 1 or 2 Switchbacks who has upgraded to Tritons that can vouche? Pictures dont do justice for bulbs imo.

 

Compared to him dim v1 and 2 are, I cant see the v3 not being worth it. V1 and 2 aren't even as bright as a stsndard halogen bulb. Plug n play leds typically have very poor quality but these v3s seem to be an exception

 

Just picked up some V3s. Now to wait a month until the backorder is hopefully caught up

 

i didn't order the switchbacks just the v3 red leds (nov 25th) still back ordered. Dont know when im gonna see mine

I bought the red v3s for my tails and they are awesome! will post pics later.

 

Got mine about a week and a half ago. simple install. great quality and BRIGHT AS HELL!!!
