So I ordered a pack of 3mm LEDs off ebay, read a guide on how to replace the LED in the Halo and turns out the halos are extremely dim after replacing the burned out bulbs. Is there a specific type of 3mm LED that I need to buy in order for them to be remotely noticeable? If so, point me in the direction I need to be to give her some sinister eyes.

Also, where in the 4 corners of the internet can I get the LEDs that fit in the square compartments of my headlights?

I have the same headlights. I would look into converting the halo's to CCFL's
