Ok guys. I know a lot of you have been waiting for pics. Before i get to them i just want to say the products i used did turn out pretty well. I learned after the first door panel that you need to use more than 3 coats on it. I went with 5 or 6 on the second one. Also the dye makes the fabric a lot more stiffer than what it originally was. Some touch-up is still needed in a few spots but overall it turned out well. Right now I am still working on the passenger side so i only have pics of the driver side. I will post more pics after i finish the passenger side. For now here they are:

Before of the Passenger Door (forgot to take a pic of the driverside before lol)

I would like to now paint some of the panels in the rear seat area of the car. Specifically the top panel of the 2 on the sides. However i do not know how the upper seat belt comes off. Does anyone know?

i just pulled that panel off yesterday and painted it black...to get the seatbelt off you gotta pop the plastic cover up, then there is a large star shaped bolt...you gotta get a special socket that fits in there and use a shitload of force....it is pretty tight.. then just pop out the screw under the cover, and pop out the clips and it should come off, also note that the rear window pillar section is like molded onto it so has to come off at the same time

here are some pictures of the back seat area of my car. Also shows how well it follows the lines on the car. Im now debating whether or not to do the rear deck

i am still reupholstering my srmrests. Biniecki i like the way it looks but the armrest is a bit darker then the paint on the door and way darker than the dash. wish that would work with a closer match

Yes i did the back panels the following day. I like it a lot better than stock. Everything matches and flows better.

The reason the armrest is darker than the 2 is 1, its a totally different type of paint. It was actually a spray dye where the rest was done with paint made for plastic. 2 one was satin black the other was flat black, and 3 the fabric soaked up a lot more paint to turn it black than what it took to cover the plastic parts.
