Wax Removal

Okay.... I searched throught the threads and didn't find any relating to this subject, so don't flame me. Last Sunday, 06/18/06 (fathers day), my 9 yr old daughter decided to "help" me wax my Cobalt. All in all she did a pretty good job "helping". Anyways... I noticed some dried wax on my the plastic trim around my mirrors today. I tried to rub it off, to no avail. Anyone here know what would remove this residue?

Turtle wax Liquid Ice works GREAT on cleaning and polishing plastic, but not that great on the actual car.
