What to do...

So my wheels are completely ugly now. No serious damage to them (paint chips, brake dust, some filler overspray from repair to the key marks I suffered last year, and overspray from tire dressing). I would like to get them to look decent again. So what should I use to get the filler off? Is there something out there for wheels or painted surfaces that is abrasive, but safe for the surface? As for the rest of the issues, should i remove every wheel and work inside out? Anybody know if Wheel Wax is a good solution to limit the brake dust on the inside of the wheels?

Pressure wash them and then use a good brand name wheel cleaner

Gasoline and a rag works wonders. Just wash and wax the wheels when you're done.
